   Welcome to Livens Group, a global tokenization company for micro, small, and medium enterprises (“MSMEs”) and financial sectors. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, platform, and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

• “Livens Group” refers to Livens Group Holdings Limited, a Ugandan multinational technology company, its affiliates, and its subsidiaries.
• “Livens International Ltd” an operations company to Livens Group using Blockchain technology.
• “Services” refers to our website, platform, tokenization services, and any other services we provide.
• “User” refers to you, the individual accessing or using our services.
• “Token” refers to any digital asset or cryptocurrency issued or supported by Livens Group.
• “MSME” refers to micro, small, and medium enterprises.

3. Use of Services

• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or using our services.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
• You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Uganda, including the National Payment Systems Act, 2020, the Data Protection and Privacy Act, 2019, and the Anti-Money Laundering Act, 2013.

4. Tokenization Services

• Our tokenization services allow MSMEs and financial institutions to issue and manage digital assets on Blockchain.
• You agree to comply with our tokenization policies and procedures.
• You acknowledge that tokenization involves risks, including market volatility and regulatory changes.

5. Intellectual Property

• Livens retains all intellectual property rights to our services, including trademarks, copyrights, and patents.
• You agree not to reproduce, modify, or distribute any content from our services without our prior written consent.

6. Disclaimers and Warranties

• Our services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
• Livens disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
• Livens is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from your use of our services.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Livens is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Uganda.
• Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Uganda Arbitration Centre.
